Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy

To ensure the highest level of service and availability for all our clients, the following policy applies to all bookings.

•⁠ ⁠Down Payment: A 20% down payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This down payment directly contributes to the cost of your scheduled service.

•⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable for Cancellations: The 20% down payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This policy helps us manage our schedule and availability for all clients efficiently.

•⁠ ⁠Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. With this notice, your initial down payment will be applied to your rescheduled appointment without penalty.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your 20% down payment. A new down payment will be required to secure a future appointment.
